  • Due Tue 2/28: All of Ch 7 Vocabulary
  • Due Tue 2/28: Study for Ch 7 Vocabulary Test.
  • Due Tue 2/28: Ch 7 Vocabulary- 10 Sentences and Pictures (Write one sentence of your own and draw a symbol or picture to represent each vocabulary word.)

Agenda:

Update planners with Agenda and HW
  1. Storm Check
    • Use your new vocabulary to complete the following in quadrant II:
      • 1. Write a sentence using "comprehensive" correctly.
      • 2. Write a sentence using "venture" correctly.
  2. Chapter 7 Vocabulary
      1. Teacher will hand out Ch 7 Vocabulary.
      2. Teacher will read the sentences from "Ten Words in Context" and discuss with students to choose the correct meaning for each word.
      3. Students will work with a partner to complete "Matching Words with Definitions" and teacher will call sticks to review ; )
      4. If time, do the same with "Sentence Check 1".
  3. Storm Check (Bring to class on Tue)
